Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Underminr, including the public site, vulnerability information, domain-checking tools, reports, downloads, APIs, and collaboration channels.

Effective May 7, 2026

Use Underminr for defense. Lawful research, detection, mitigation, education, and response are permitted.

Do not use it for abuse. Attacks, evasion, malware, phishing, fraud, and harmful infrastructure work are prohibited.

Do not test third parties. Discussion of providers, domains, IPs, or techniques is not authorization to test systems you do not own or operate.

Validate before acting. Underminr information is provided as-is and may change without notice.

1. Who Provides Underminr

Underminr is provided by Adam Networks, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as ADAMnetworks®. References to "Underminr," "we," "us," and "our" mean Adam Networks, LLC, acting in connection with this Underminr site and its related resources.

If you have a separate written agreement with Adam Networks, LLC, that agreement governs the product or service it covers. These terms govern your use of Underminr unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

2. Purpose

Underminr publishes information about clean IP abuse, CDN and cloud routing risk, domain reputation gaps, and related detection or mitigation work. The purpose is defensive: to help security teams, researchers, service providers, and network operators understand and reduce real-world abuse.

Underminr is not an offensive testing service, exploit marketplace, malware development aid, legal advisory service, or guarantee that any domain, provider, control, or network is safe.

3. Acceptance

By accessing or using Underminr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, tools, API, data, reports, or collaboration channels.

You are responsible for making sure your use is lawful where you are located and where any affected systems, networks, or data are located.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Underminr information and tools for lawful defensive purposes, including:

  • security research conducted in good faith;
  • checking domains, networks, or systems you own or are authorized to assess;
  • building detection, mitigation, response, or hardening workflows;
  • educating defenders about clean IP abuse and related risks; and
  • sharing findings with proper attribution when the sharing supports defense.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use Underminr to harm people, organizations, networks, services, providers, or infrastructure. You must not:

  • attack, scan, probe, or test systems without clear authorization;
  • build, improve, deploy, or operate malware, botnets, evasive infrastructure, or attack tooling;
  • bypass security controls, rate limits, access controls, logging, provider safeguards, or abuse controls;
  • use data or techniques from Underminr to hide command-and-control, exfiltration, phishing, spam, fraud, or other abuse;
  • disrupt, degrade, overload, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with Underminr or any third-party service;
  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, confidential, personal, or third-party data that you are not allowed to share; or
  • remove attribution, notices, or source references from Underminr material when sharing it.

6. No Authorization To Test Third Parties

Underminr may discuss providers, domains, IPs, detection methods, and abuse patterns. That does not give you permission to test, access, or interact with any third-party system. Get explicit authorization from the owner or operator before running tests against any system that is not yours.

7. Reports, Submissions, and Collaboration

If you send us reports, technical details, domain observations, screenshots, comments, or other submissions, you represent that you have the right to share them. You grant us permission to use, reproduce, analyze, summarize, and share those submissions for defensive research, validation, mitigation, publication, and collaboration.

Do not send secrets, credentials, personal information, regulated data, or confidential third-party material unless we have agreed in writing to receive it. If you believe a submission needs confidential handling, contact us first through the contact page.

8. Availability, Changes, and Access Control

We may change, remove, restrict, rate limit, suspend, or stop any part of Underminr at any time. We may block or terminate access if we believe use is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Underminr content, design, names, marks, reports, and site materials are owned by Adam Networks, LLC, or its contributors, unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to public Underminr material for defensive, research, news, and educational use when you keep attribution clear and do not imply endorsement.

10. Third-Party Links and Providers

Underminr may link to third-party sites, providers, forums, tools, or resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms.

11. No Warranty

Underminr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site, tools, API, reports, or data will be accurate, current, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for your purpose. You are responsible for validating information before acting on it.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adam Networks, LLC, and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, security incidents, business interruption, or claims arising from your use or misuse of Underminr.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Adam Networks, LLC, and its contributors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Underminr, your submissions, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these terms or Underminr.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of Underminr after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms or permitted use should be sent through the Underminr contact page.
